  • 2026.08.16 [Business Information] Notice Regarding August Operating Hours

    • Same-day tickets can also be purchased from the official Nijigen no Mori online ticket site. If there are no tickets in stock on the official online ticket site for a time slot, the time slot will be sold out and same-day tickets will not be available for purchase on-site.

      For customers with online tickets, the time displayed on the ticket will be the reception time. There is no time limit for staying in each area after reception is completed.
      (Example) If the ticket time is 10:00, the reception time is (10:00-10:59)

      *If you are delayed due to traffic congestion or other reasons, we will guide you to another time (during business hours).Your ticket will not be immediately invalidated.

  • 2026.07.18 [Transportation Information] For those arriving by car during the Obon period

    • Thank you for your continued use of Nijigen no Mori.

      We typically receive a large number of customers during the Obon period.
      Depending on the day and time of your visit, all nearby parking lots may be full.

      If the main parking lots (Awaji Island Prefectural Park F and E parking lots) are full when you arrive by car, please use Awaji Island Prefectural Park A parking lot ( free for the first 3 hours, 550 yen per day thereafter ) or Awaji Highway Oasis .

      Every year during the Obon period, not only Nijigen no Mori but also many other locations throughout Hyogo Prefecture are expected to be extremely crowded. Traffic congestion is also likely in many places, so please allow plenty of time and take care when traveling.

  • 2026.07.18 [Transportation Information] To those traveling by highway bus during the Obon period (August 7th to August 16th)

    • Thank you for your continued use of Nijigen no Mori.

      There are two express bus stops at Nijigen no Mori. During the Obon period (August 7th (Fri) to August 16th (Sun), 2026), there will be changes to the bus stops on some routes. Please be careful when visiting the park.

      ① Highway bus stop “Awaji Island Prefectural Park (Nijigen no Mori F Parking Lot)”

      This is a bus stop used by the “Kita-Awaji West Coast Line” bus route.
      As of July 18, 2026, Obon      The service is scheduled to operate as usual during this period (August 7th (Fri) to August 16th (Sun), 2026) .

      This is the bus stop used by the “Kakehashi Nijigen no Mori” and “Kakehashi Nijigen no Mori Sumoto Onsen” bus routes.
      During the Obon period (August 7th (Fri) to August 16th (Sun), 2026), buses will not stop at this location (the bus stop will change from “Nijigen no Mori (Awaji Highway Oasis)” to “Awaji IC”) . Please use the “Kita Awaji West Coast Line” (option ①) or get off at “Awaji IC” and transfer to the free island shuttle bus .

      Every year during the Obon period, extreme congestion is expected not only at Nijigen no Mori but also at various locations throughout Hyogo Prefecture. Delays in public transportation and traffic congestion are also likely, so please allow ample time and travel safely.
