During the Obon holiday period, heavy crowds are expected not only at Nijigen no Mori, but throughout Awaji Island.
Depending on the day of your visit, Nijigen no Mori is expected to be extremely busy, and all nearby parking lots may become fully occupied.
When visiting, we strongly recommend allowing plenty of extra time for your journey or using public transportation, such as highway buses.
