■About cancellations

Cancellations are accepted up until 23:59 the day before. Cancellations on the day of the reservation will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

■Refunds due to attraction suspension

In the event of a cancellation due to force majeure, refunds will be made within a specified period as specified by the organizer. Only the ticket price will be refunded.
