[The Dragon King Returns!] Returning to Nijigen no Mori’s “Dragon Quest Island”! Dragon King Greeting to be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026

The legendary Demon King returns!

A final campaign to mark the finale of the current series will be held at the hugely popular attraction “Dragon Quest Island” at Nijigen no Mori Anime Park Awajishima Park on Awaji Island, Hyogo Prefecture .

The first of these was a huge success last year.

“Ryuuou Greeting” will be back for a limited time only on Saturday, February 21, 2026 !

A special day where you can enjoy taking commemorative photos with the demon king “Ryuuou” in the world of the attraction.

Numbered tickets will be available, and original novelty items exclusive to the event will also be given away.

Come experience this turning point in the story of “The Demon Lord Zoma and the Island of Beginnings,” which has captivated adventurers for a long time, by greeting Ryuo.

How to participate

Numbered tickets will be distributed at the Dragon Quest Island reception desk from 10:00 AM on the day to those who have a Dragon Quest Island admission ticket (Light Ticket, Gold Ticket, Premium Ticket, or any set ticket) for Saturday, February 21st. Please gather behind Onokogard Castle in the attraction at the time printed on the numbered ticket to participate in the greeting. *Numbered tickets will be distributed until they run out.

Content

A greeting event where you can take a commemorative photo with the demon king “Ryuuou” who appears in “Dragon Quest” and receive a “Ryuuou bromide-style card” that was also distributed at Tokyo Game Show 2025.

・Numbered tickets will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis to those who purchase an attraction admission ticket or present a pre-reserved ticket at the “Dragon Quest Island” attraction reception desk.
・One numbered ticket will be distributed per group, regardless of the number of tickets purchased. Greetings and photo shoots will be conducted for each group.
-When participating in the greeting, please line up with everyone who wishes to participate.
・Distribution of bromide-style cards will end once stock runs out.

Overview of “Dragon Quest Island”

This field RPG attraction blends the real and digital worlds to bring the world of Dragon Quest to life. Participants can become the protagonist of an original story and immerse themselves in the world of Dragon Quest through their adventure. To celebrate the release of the HD-2D version of Dragon Quest III: And Into the Legend…, Dragon Quest Island: The Demon Lord Zoma and the Island of Beginnings, which was a huge hit when it first opened in 2021, will be re-released on Saturday, October 5, 2024! Embark on a new adventure in Dragon Quest Island, which is based on the worldview of the Roto series and features enhanced side quests, original goods, and original food!

Stay in the Dragon Quest collaboration room “Slime Cocoon”!

Guests will receive a gift of an original design yukata that can only be obtained here, an original photo frame that can be obtained by clearing the mission of collecting “small medals” hidden in the room, a fruit plate decorated with “slime” and other characters, as well as an admission ticket to “Dragon Quest Island.” The room is adorned with numerous character decorations, including “Slime,” a monster that appears in the work, as well as “Homilot,” an original character from “Dragon Quest Island,” and the monster “Onion Slime,” on the walls and windows, and is packed with fun features such as original slime-shaped pendant lights and treasure chests!

Since 2008, the Pasona Group has been collaborating with local governments and local stakeholders on Awaji Island in Hyogo Prefecture, working on a unique regional revitalization project by attracting a diverse range of talent.
