[A unique way to enjoy a rainy day!] Go for a night walk wearing the collaboration event exclusive "Nakime Rain Poncho"!

The third collaboration event between Nijigen no Mori and the anime "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" started on Saturday, March 2025, 3! In this article, we will introduce some items you should prepare and some tips for taking photos if it is forecast to rain on the day you plan to visit.
Rain poncho: Easy to put on and keeps your bag dry

▲ "Nakime Rain Poncho" exclusive to the Nijigen no Mori x Demon Slayer collaboration event / 4,378 yen (tax included)
Rain ponchos are useful in the Rain Forest. Not only are they easy to walk on even on uneven ground, but they can also be quickly put on over your bag, protecting your "Demon Slayer Corps Notebook" (given to you at reception) and other important souvenirs from water.
Be careful, as holding an umbrella will require one hand to be taken up, and you might miss a great photo opportunity!
Rain boots/shoes: Total length1.2kmSo that you can walk through the forest

If rain is forecast in advance, we recommend wearing rain boots or rain shoes to ensure a comfortable visit.
The event venue is in the forest. Walking the 1.2km long, uneven terrain in flip-flops can tire your legs, and there are many uphill climbs and steep stairs. Furthermore, rain boots or rain shoes are recommended, as the ground can become slippery when it rains.
If you forget your rain boots and your shoes get soaked, you can change your socks and place a small plastic bag over them before putting your shoes back on to keep your new socks dry. However, walking with a plastic bag on can make your feet slippery, so this should only be used as an emergency measure on paved roads or other safe areas.
Maybe the rainforest could be used to take cinematic images?

When it's raining, it's easy to feel reluctant to take out your smartphone and forget to take pictures. However, there are some cinematic photos and videos that can only be taken when it's raining.
The lighting reflects off the puddles, the trees in the forest take on a glossy sheen as they get wet with the rain, and the leaves sway under the weight of the raindrops... Why not try and capture some of the unique photo opportunities that can only be found in a rainy forest?
Be sure to check whether your smartphone is splash-proof or waterproof, and if not, prepare a waterproof case.
