What is Nergigante?

Nergigante, an Elder Dragon species that first appeared in "Monster Hunter: World," is a fearsome, large monster whose powerful attacks have sent countless hunters back to camp. Its body is covered in hard spines, and it has endless stamina that allows it to keep attacking hunters. To defeat it within the time limit, it's important to be brave and close the distance!

Order Conditions
[Top] HR3 or higher

*Nergigante only appears in high-level quests.

Nergigante Strategy Information

Defeating Nergigante is currently the most difficult challenge in this attraction. Its attacks are powerful, but the most troublesome thing about it is that it has a lot of health. If you focus too much on dodging, you won't be able to reduce its health and the time will run out.

Each hit is powerful, so of course you'll need to avoid them, but the key to defeating them is to land your attacks properly! Be proactive and move forward, and try to attack from an appropriate distance! Destroying body parts and stunning enemies will also become more important!

Additionally, the thorns growing from Nergigante's body have a certain characteristic. If you pay close attention to the condition of the thorns when attacking, you may be able to inflict more damage! (Hunters who have set foot in Astera may already know this!)
