After exploring the field, you will challenge large monsters with the items you have collected and the Palico you have scouted!

Weapon Selection ~ Hunting Begins

Each hunter can choose from four weapons: Great Sword, Dual Blades, Hammer, and Light Bowgun! Each weapon has its own proficiency level, so if you keep using the same weapon, you might be able to gain an advantage in your hunts. Each weapon has its own unique characteristics, so it's a good idea to try them all out repeatedly!

Evade!

Large monsters don't just attack you, either. Each one has its own unique attack, which you have to actually avoid!
The area around the hunting room is divided into nine sections, so you can move to areas that are safe from attacks, or jump to avoid attacks from large monsters! Conserve your energy while hunting!

Oops, that's all for the sneak peek! Now it's time to experience it for yourself at the Awaji Assembly Hall!
