In particular, there are buses from Kobe Sannomiya and Maiko that will take you to the Awaji Assembly Hall (attraction reception), which is just a 5-minute walk away! Here's a summary of how to get to Nijigen no Mori!

・There is a direct bus to the nearest bus stop to "Monster Hunter: The Field", "Awajishima Prefectural Park (Nijigen no Mori F Parking Lot)". After getting off the bus, it is about a 5-minute walk from the park to the Awaji Assembly Hall.
・For routes other than those listed above, you may need to transfer to another bus on the island (relevant bus stops: Nijigen no Mori (Awaji Highway Oasis), Awaji Interchange).


Exit the ticket gate and follow the passage to the right.

If you go to the end of the corridor, you will see a sign for the bus stop.

If you walk further from the signs, you will see the entrance to the bus stop.


Take the elevator to the bus stop for Awaji Island.

The highway bus stop is where you exit.

・Depending on the bus you board, your disembarkation location will change to either "Nijigen no Mori (Awaji Highway Oasis)" or "Awaji Interchange."
・The entrance to Nijigen no Mori is just a short walk from the "Nijigen no Mori (Awaji Highway Oasis)" bus stop, but it takes about 20 to 30 minutes on foot to reach the Awaji Assembly Hall within the park.
・If you are coming to "Monster Hunter: The Field",Free island shuttle busIt is convenient to get on at the Nijigen no Mori F Parking Lot (ride time is about 1 minute).

Exit the ticket gates at Shin-Kobe Station and take the escalator to the first floor.

After exiting the first floor entrance, go left.

West Japan JR Bus and Honshi Kaikyo Bus depart from bus stop number 1.

Awaji Highway Oasis ⇒ Transfer to the island's free shuttle bus


After getting off the express bus, go to the right and go through the tunnel to reach the shuttle bus stop.

Awaji Interchange ⇒ Transfer to the island's free shuttle bus


After getting off at Awaji IC, walk to the shuttle bus stop (approximately 5 minutes).


Go through the underground passage with the expressway running above to reach the main road.


You will see a bus stop immediately after exiting the tunnel. Please note that the island community bus (fare 500 yen) also runs here.

What is "Monster Hunter"?

"Monster HunterThe "Monster Hunter" series is a hunting action game in which players face off against giant monsters in the midst of a majestic natural environment. Since the first game was released in 2004, it has established a genre of play in which players cooperate with other players to challenge powerful monsters over the network, and has grown into content that has attracted attention from all over the world. The long-awaited new title, "Monster Hunter Wilds," is scheduled to be released in 1! It is a title that continues to grow even after its 2025th anniversary.

Message

Participants will become novice hunters who have come to the "Awaji Gathering Hall" and will be able to take on training quests to become a skilled hunter. The training quests are divided into two parts: "Field Exploration" and "Large Monster Hunting."
First, you will explore the vast 13㎡ field to find items and your Airou companions, then prepare to defeat a large monster in the hunting area at the back of the Awaji Gathering Hall. By wearing an action controller and a tracking device, the player on the screen will be linked to your location information. You will actually move around to avoid the attacks of large monsters, move to the appropriate distance (which varies depending on the weapon) and swing your weapon to attack! The aim is to succeed in defeating the monster within the time limit!

Overview of Hyogo Prefectural Awajishima Park Anime Park “Nijigen no Mori”

Since 2008, Pasona Group has collaborated with local governments and local stakeholders on Awaji Island, Hyogo Prefecture, and has been working on its own regional revitalization project by attracting various human resources. In 2013, the "Awaji Manga/Anime Island Project" was adopted as part of the "Private Business Planning and Proposal for Prefectural Awajishima Park" publicly invited by Hyogo Prefecture. Together with Hyogo Prefecture, we are promoting regional revitalization projects by attracting tourists.
