[Exploration Guide] Searching for Item Boxes to Prepare for Monster Extermination]

Have you yet experienced Monster Hunter: The Field in Nijigen no Mori, where you can enjoy the world of the hunting action game "Monster Hunter"?
This time, we will introduce some tips on how to collect the necessary items and companions while exploring and defeating large monsters. We will introduce some points to make your monster defeat go more smoothly by knowing what items you can obtain and what companions will help you!

1. Exploration Overview: Find item boxes and defeat monsters!

First, prepare for the hunt by searching for item boxes hidden in various places in the field. The purpose of the hunt is to find powerful items and companions (palicoes). Find the items and companions you need to advance your hunt more effectively!

2. Exploration Type: Make full use of the Scout Box and Item Box!

There are two main types of boxes that appear during exploration. Understand the characteristics of each to get items efficiently!

  • Scout Box
This includes the "Otomo Airu", a strong companion that will help you defeat monsters. You can scout up to one and receive support such as recovery and improved defense!

  • Item Box
These contain items such as "recovery potions" and "defensive items" that you will use when defeating enemies. They also contain "settlement items," which are important items that will be added to your score after defeating an enemy. You can open up to three of them, and get items that will be useful in battle!

3. Exploration Tips: How to collect items efficiently

Here are some tips to help you explore more effectively:

  • Use your Hunter Notes!
The Hunter's Notebook, which is distributed at the reception desk, lists the approximate locations of the item boxes. Use this as a reference and start exploring!

  • Pay attention to the area far away from Awaji Assembly Hall!
Powerful items are often hidden in item boxes in areas far from the Awaji Gathering Hall. If you're confident in your stamina, try heading a little further away.

  • Explore while thinking about how to use items!
Choose which items to collect based on your plans for the hunt. Recovery potions and defense items are especially important, so we recommend collecting them first.

4. Please note: Once opened, the box cannot be exchanged!

Once you've opened the Scout Box or Item Box, you cannot exchange or discard the contents. Make sure you prepare in advance so you can make full use of the items and Airou you've selected.

Get ready and start defeating monsters!

Make good use of your Scout Box and Item Box to prepare for monster hunting. Be sure to refer to the Hunter Notes to collect items efficiently!
