Did you know that there are direct express buses running daily from major Kansai terminals to Awaji Island? You can access it from Kansai tourist hubs such as Umeda, Namba, Sannomiya, and Maiko without having to transfer! This time, we will show you how to get to Nijigen no Mori using those express buses!

Before you dive into the world of adventure, be sure to check the access information and plan your trip smoothly!

①Umeda → Nijigen no Mori (Awaji Highway Oasis)

①Arrival time: 9:00-10:34
(Get off at Awaji Highway Oasis)
②Arrival time: 10:00-11:34
(Get off at Awaji Highway Oasis)
③Arrival time: 14:00-15:34
(Get off at Awaji Highway Oasis)
Price: 2,620 yen (one way) / Time: about 1 hours

・The bus will arrive at Awaji Highway Oasis.
・The Nijigen no Mori entrance is just a short walk from the bus stop.
・All attractions are accessible on foot (approximately 15 minutes to Naruto and Shin-chan).
・If you are going to "Dragon Quest" or "Godzilla", it is convenient to take the free shuttle bus and get off at "F Parking Lot" (about 1 minute).
・There are three direct flights from Umeda per day.

②Namba → Nijigen no Mori (Awaji Highway Oasis)

・Depending on the length of your trip, your disembarkation location will change to either "Awaji Highway Oasis" or "Awaji Interchange."
・Nijigen no Mori is just a short walk from Awaji Highway Oasis.
・From Awaji Highway Oasis to each attraction, you will have to walk (approximately 15 minutes to Naruto and Shin-chan).
・If you get off at Awaji Interchange, there is a convenient free shuttle bus that will take you to the main entrance, "F Parking Lot" (about 1 minute).
・If you want to spend the whole day playing "Dragon Quest" or "Godzilla," "F Parking Lot" is convenient.

Exit the ticket gates at Shin-Kobe Station and take the escalator to the first floor.

Go down the escalator and turn left.West Japan JR Bus and Honshi Kaikyo Bus stop at this stop.
If you are taking the Shinki Bus, head towards the ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Kobe from the connecting corridor on the second floor.Enter through the connecting corridor and take the escalator right in front of you to the 4th floor.The bus stop is located outside the lobby on the 4th floor.
From here, walk to the shuttle bus stop (approximately 5 minutes).Go through the underground passage with the expressway running above to reach the main road.You will see the bus stop as soon as you exit the tunnel. There are two bus routes: a city bus and a free shuttle bus (it takes about 2 minute to Nijigen no Mori).

④Sannomiya → Nijigen no Mori (Awaji Highway Oasis/Awaji Interchange)

After exiting the ticket gate, head towards the passage on the right.After exiting the ticket gate, head east along the corridor (look for the red JTB sign).At the end of the passageway is an intersection. The light blue sign is the Shinki Bus stop.The Honshi Kaikyo bus stop is under Mint Kobe, just outside the East Exit ticket gate.

⑤Maiko → Nijigen no Mori (Highway Oasis/F Parking Lot)

・This is the bus stop with the most buses running to Nijigen no Mori.
・The ride takes about 10 minutes, so you don't have to worry about traffic jams.
・Depending on the time of your trip, your drop-off location may change: Awaji Highway Oasis, Awajishima Prefectural Park (Parking Lot F), or Awaji Interchange.
・Nijigen no Mori is just a short walk from Awaji Highway Oasis.
・From Awaji Highway Oasis to each attraction, you will have to walk (approximately 15 minutes to Naruto and Shin-chan).
If you get off at Awaji Interchange, there is a convenient free shuttle bus that will take you to the main entrance, "F Parking Lot" (about 1 minute).
・If you want to spend the whole day playing "Dragon Quest" or "Godzilla," "F Parking Lot" is convenient.
・If you get off at Awajishima Prefectural Park (Parking Lot F), the entrance to Nijigen no Mori will be right in front of you.

Exit the ticket gate and follow the passage to the right.If you go to the end of the corridor, you will see a sign for the bus stop.If you walk further from the signs, you will see the entrance to the bus stop.Take the elevator to the bus stop for Awaji Island.

JR Osaka and Shin-Kobe direct bus ticket set for "NARUTO & BORUTO Shinobi Village" on sale

A direct bus ticket set for "NARUTO & BORUTO Shinobi Village" is now available for round trip use from JR Osaka and Shin-Kobe stations. It is about 500 yen cheaper than usual, so if you are thinking of using it from JR Osaka Station or Shin-Kobe Station, be sure to check it out.

What is "Monster Hunter"?

The "Monster Hunter" series is a hunting action game in which players face off against giant monsters in a majestic natural environment. Since the first game was released in 2004, it has established a genre of play in which players cooperate with other players to challenge powerful monsters over the network, and has grown into content that has attracted attention from all over the world. The long-awaited new title, "Monster Hunter Wilds," is scheduled to be released in 1! It is a title that continues to grow even after its 2025th anniversary.
