Luxury villa "GRAND CHARIOT Big Dipper 135°" in northern Awaji Island will have a Dragon Quest collaboration room "Slime Cocoon (Japanese)" opening on Friday, November 2024, 11!

Nijigen no Mori Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Awaji City, Hyogo Prefecture; President and CEO: Hiroshige Sadamatsu) will open a Dragon Quest-themed Dragon Quest collaboration room, "Slime Cocoon (Japanese)," on Friday, November 11st to commemorate the revival of "Dragon Quest Island: The Demon Lord Zoma and the Island of Beginnings," an attraction that recreates the world of "Dragon Quest."

To commemorate the release of the HD-2D version of "Dragon Quest III: And Into the Legend...", the hugely popular attraction "Dragon Quest Island" located within the Hyogo Prefectural Awajishima Park Anime Park "Nijigen no Mori" will be holding a revival of "Dragon Quest Island: The Demon Lord Zoma and the Island of Beginnings" from Saturday, October 2024, 10.
To celebrate the revival of "Dragon Quest Island: The Demon Lord Zoma and the Island of Beginnings," the second Dragon Quest collaboration room, "Slime Cocoon (Japanese)," which recreates the world of "Dragon Quest," will open on Friday, November 2, 2024. This collaboration room is decorated with gorgeous Japanese patterns and cute monsters based on the concept of "Japanese modern x Dragon Quest," and features Japanese-style graphics using calligraphy fonts and shoji screens, as well as a "Dragon Quest Roto's helmet ornament," creating a space filled with Japanese colors.
Additionally, guests will receive gifts such as an original design yukata that can only be obtained here, an original photo frame that can be obtained by clearing the mission of collecting "small medals" hidden in the room, a fruit plate decorated with slime and other designs, and a light ticket for "Dragon Quest Island: The Demon Lord Zoma and the Island of Beginnings."

The 135 guest rooms at GRAND CHARIOT Big Dipper 23° are reminiscent of a cocoon, and the sunrise and starry sky seen from the skylights over 5 meters high are truly spectacular. Meals are supervised by Haruyuki Yamashita, Japan's leading master chef, who owns 13 restaurants both in Japan and overseas. Guests can enjoy dishes made with ingredients from Awaji Island, a treasure trove of food that has supplied the Imperial Court as "Miketsukuni".

<Dinner>
Guests can enjoy a new Japanese cuisine course overseen by Haruyuki Yamashita, who owns 13 restaurants in Japan and overseas, including Tokyo Midtown. Yamashita has been selected as a Master Chef for two consecutive years at the World Gourmet Summit, which brings together the world's top chefs, and he embodies "new Japanese cuisine" that makes the most of the life and breath of ingredients.
Ingredients include Awaji beef, which is caught on Awaji Island from only 200 head of cattle per year, "upside-down sea urchin (sea urchin from Yura)" which is possible to serve due to its freshness, "Awaji beef and mountain and sea tomato sukiyaki" which uses plenty of vegetables such as onions and tomatoes from Awaji Island, and "Exquisite BBQ" menu which is only available in the summer.
