Mayuri Kurotsuchi is the captain of the 12th Division and the second head of the Technology Development Bureau. In "BLEACH THE NIGHT WALK WARFARE," he is in charge of handing out Zanpakuto pins to participants who complete the Night Walk, and his Zanpakuto will also be featured on the pins!
The "Hikisatsu Jizo" has a truly eerie appearance, and its ability to inject a poison that "immobilizes the limbs" into the victim is a horrifying one.
