""Rakuga Kingdom" is a kingdom that floats in the sky using free scribbles as an energy source.The Royal Army begins an attack on the ground and Kasukabe to force them to do graffiti!On the other hand, the hero who was given the kingdom's treasure "Miracle Crayon" as the things he drew began to move... Shinnosuke Nohara, who was a "choose carefree 5-year-old"!
