There's just under two months left!

The world's first permanent Godzilla museum, the Godzilla Museum, located on Awaji Island, exhibits a variety of valuable materials related to Godzilla that have been collected over many years by the National Institute of Godzilla Research (NIGOD)!

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the release of the film "Godzilla vs. Destroyah," and the first-ever special exhibition focusing on "Destroyah" will be held."Destroyah Special Exhibition" will be held for a limited time until December 14, 2025 (Sunday)It is being held at!

This time we will be introducing the rare "Destroyah Flying Vehicle." This is the form that the collective transforms into in order to fly in a scene from the movie "Godzilla vs. Destroyah." The special exhibition will feature a radio-controlled model with built-in mechanical controls, and its sharp eyes glow mysteriously.

In addition, there are a variety of special exhibits commemorating the 30th anniversary of the release of "Godzilla vs. Destroyah" that are a must-see for Godzilla fans!

1. Experience Destroyah's evolved form up close

Speaking of Destroyah, he is a super life form that changes form throughout the film and engages in a fierce battle with Godzilla.

This exhibition faithfully recreates the evolutionary process of Destroyah, from juvenile form to aggregate form, flying form, and complete form! In particular, this is the first time that the "Destroyah flying form" and "Destroyah aggregate form" will be exhibited, and these are valuable materials that have rarely been shown to the public until now.

2. Discover the behind-the-scenes story of Destroyah's creation! Valuable design materials on display

Fans will be able to enjoy the curious behind-the-scenes stories along with sketches from the time of production and unpublished design drawings!

"Godzilla vs. Destroyah" is a masterpiece in which Godzilla is on the verge of meltdown but still fights a fierce battle with Destroyah.

In this exhibition, you can see a huge panel display that brings back memories of the battle, as well as a special video screening of famous scenes from the film! Godzilla's "red-hot spiral heat ray"Or Destroyah's special move.Don't miss the explanation section on the "Micro Oxygen Cannon"!

4. A close-up look at the complete Destroyah suit used in filming and materials from the movie!

A special exhibition of the "Full Destroyah" suit and props actually used in the filming of the movie!

What is the Godzilla interception operation?

"Godzilla Intercept Operation" is themed on the world's largest life-sized Godzilla that landed on Awaji Island, and is the only entertainment attraction in the world where you can fully experience Godzilla's power and force. Participants become members of the National Godzilla Awajishima Research Center, and after receiving an explanation of the "Godzilla Intercept Operation" that unfolds against Godzilla that appeared on Awaji Island through a movie-like attraction video produced by Toho, they will challenge the "Zip Line" and "Anti-Godzilla Cell Shooting" attractions. The adjacent "Godzilla Museum," the world's first permanent museum, exhibits spectacular dioramas that make you feel like you are experiencing scenes from the movie right in front of you, with the cooperation of Toho Eizo Bijutsu Co., Ltd., which has been responsible for the special effects art of Godzilla movies.

Let's stay at "Monster Land"!

To commemorate the 70th anniversary of "Godzilla," we will open "Monster Land," a Godzilla collaboration room where monsters that have appeared in past "Godzilla" movies gather together, on Friday, December 12st.
The main room features interior decorations and tapestries depicting past Godzillas and popular monsters, a portion of a full-sized Godzilla that can be seen through the window, and special processing that changes the way it looks when illuminated with light. This room allows you to enjoy a different interior atmosphere at night.
You can also enjoy limited novelties that can only be obtained here, such as acrylic blocks decorated with posters of past Godzilla movies.
