[Strategy tip 1] Focus on collecting items!
The strategy for "Monster Hunter: The Field" begins before defeating Rathalos, with exploring the field!
There are three items that can be collected in the field. Since collected items cannot be reset, it is necessary to determine what you really need.
Which of the following would you prioritize?
① Aim to successfully defeat the Rathalos and focus on collecting items needed for the hunt!
Recommended for beginners! If you collect "Recovery Potions" that can heal you when you are attacked by monsters, and "Demon Potions" that increase your attack power, you may feel more at ease when taking on Rathalos.
② Collect items with high points to increase your Hunter Rank (HR)!
If you're a seasoned hunter who is confident in your skills, we recommend collecting high-point items! By raising your HR, you may be able to open the way to defeating higher-ranked monsters...!
The Hunter Notebook contains search areas for item boxes and scout boxes.
Before you leave for the field, you will be given a pen, so be sure to take careful notes of where the items are and where the Airou are!

▲Even if you find an item box, don't rush to show off your Hunter's Proof! Think carefully about whether or not you need the item.

▲When exploring the field, you can also scout for Palicoes. We recommend choosing a support type that matches your hunting style! Don't forget to take a commemorative photo with your Airou!
[Strategy Tip 2] Make sure you understand how to handle weapons!
As Monster Hunter fans will likely be well aware, when going on a hunt it is very important to understand how to handle the weapon you are using and its characteristics.
Before you head into the "Hunting Room" where you'll face off against Rathalos, the staff at Awaji Gathering Hall will give you a detailed explanation about the "Weapon Controller" and "Tracking Device," so be sure to listen carefully so you don't miss any important points.

In "Monster Hunter: The Field," players can choose from four types of weapons.
You can choose your favorite weapon from the game, or talk to your friends and try a different weapon!
In addition, by using the same weapon repeatedly, you will become accustomed to using it,Attack power increases!
If you are also considering taking on higher level monsters, it might be a good idea to master one weapon!
Large sword
A weapon with a large blade. All of these slashes boast high power and a wide attack range.
twin sword
A weapon characterized by quick slashing attacks.Deals multiple damage with a single attack motion.
hammer
A weapon whose destructive power lies in its weight. You can also stun monsters by attacking their heads.
light bowgun
A shooting weapon that can attack from a long distance. Attacking from the appropriate range will deal great damage.
Once you've chosen your weapon, it's time to get started!"Let's go hunting!" on Awaji Island

[Strategy tip 3] Focus on evasion as well as attacking!
The sight of Rathalos facing off on the big screen is very impressive!
Of course, Rathalos will fight back with its familiar tail attacks and powerful breath attacks.
To dodge, you actually use your body, not just press a button like in a game.(Don't worry, there is no stamina gauge!)
Move around depending on the situation, and jump or crouch at the right time to avoid them!
Aim to clear the game without taking any damage!

[Strategy Tip #4] As a Hunter, you should treasure your "Hunter's Proof"!
In "Monster Hunter: The Field," your Hunter Rank is stored in your "Hunter's Proof" and will be carried over the next time you participate in a quest!
Please note that if you lose your Hunter's Proof, you will not be able to transfer your Hunter Rank!
To raise your Hunter Rank and challenge higher-level monsters, be sure to bring your Hunter's Proof when you visit the Awaji Gathering Hall!
Everyone at the Awaji Gathering Hall looks forward to welcoming all hunters!
